Troy Burns, Chief Technology and Security Officer
Troy Burns, a 15-year veteran of healthcare technology, provides strategic development oversight for Capario’s revenue cycle management solutions and is responsible for investigating opportunities to enrich the company’s portfolio.
Before joining Capario, Burns was Chief Information Officer of Payerpath, a Web-based healthcare claims clearinghouse, where he managed development and maintenance of multiple data centers and transaction services products for providers and payers. He has also served on the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) Board of Commissioners for more than four years and is active in various healthcare technology professional organizations.
Burns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
